Pilates & me

Hello, I'm Anna, a certified Polestar Pilates instructor, human movement specialist and fitness coach. My passion is helping people achieve their physical and mental best through Pilates and intelligent movement.

My journey in health and wellness began in 2013 with various fitness certifications. However, a pivotal moment five years ago made me reassess my approach. Despite rigorous workouts and a healthy diet, I was left feeling drained and experiencing persistent back pain.

This awakening led me to explore more human body with physiotherapy, Pilates, neuro fitness, and mind-body practices. I discovered the immense value of these forms of exercise, not just for my physical health but for enhancing the quality of daily life.

I sought out various schools that specialized in intelligent training and decided to deepen my knowledge by studying the human body from its very foundation.

I'm known for my attentive and caring teaching style, sprinkled with a touch of humor. I lead my classes on Russian or English. My goal is to help individuals reach their full potential while enjoying each exercise.
