Let's connect

Hi! I'm Anna, a Polestar certified Pilates instructor, movement specialist and smart fitness coach. I'm a lover of all things health and wellness and my main goal is to help people feel their best physically and mentally and understand their bodies through Pilates and smart movements.


I have started my career as a fitness instructor in 2013. I have many certificates for group cardio and strengths programs, mind & body, ISSA certified personal trainer, pre-, postnatal support, nutrition and weight management, and many others. I was first introduced to Pilates by my first fitness teacher and found it very interesting instrument to help my clients with back ache or other injuries.


4 years ago I have completely changed my vision about training people because somehow I have realized the classic fitness approach is not working neither on my clients, nor me. I have found myself completely tiered, looking not very good and always having a severe back pain, though I was training at least 5 times per week and eating quite healthy.


I have started to looking for a new approach in physiotherapy, in Pilates, in neuro fitness and other mind & body styles.. I realized how beneficial this form of exercise was, not just to my body, but to everyday life.

I have found different schools based on a smart trainings and started to improve my knowledge and study human body literally from the scratch.

I would describe my teaching style as attentive, caring, descriptive, and calm with a touch of humor. I want everyone to work to their full potential and get the most out of each exercise, whilst still enjoying it!


My passion for Pilates and smart fitness teaching continues to grow every day, as I see the fast progress and results from clients and watch them fall in love with all of the benefits my approach offers.
